Professional Plan — Free

• We help you find the best supplier in China, obtain quotes and secure production solutions — all free of charge.
• Once you are satisfied with the price and samples, we manage mass production follow-up, quality inspection and door-to-door logistics.
• FH guarantees product quality; any quality issues are covered by free replacement or compensation.

Basic Plan — 5% Service Fee

• If you already have a supplier in China, we work with them to ensure products are made to your requirements.
• After the supplier delivers goods to our warehouse, we perform quality inspection and arrange door-to-door logistics.

Is the Professional Plan really free?

Yes. Supplier sourcing, quote comparison and production consulting are free — costs are included in the unit price.

Can I use both plans at the same time?

Yes. You can use the Professional Plan for some products with FH-matched suppliers and the Basic Plan for products with your own existing suppliers.

How is the Basic Plan fee calculated?

5% of product value with a USD 100 minimum, for when you already have a supplier and need FH assistance with production supervision and logistics.

Will you share supplier information under the Professional Plan?

Under the Professional Plan, FH works directly with suppliers on your behalf to protect your sourcing interests. If you would like direct supplier contact, please discuss specific arrangements with our team.

How do you perform quality inspection?

We perform pre-shipment inspection per AQL 2.5 sampling standards at the factory and our own warehouse, providing dimensional, thread and hardness inspection records for your confirmation.

What if quality issues occur?

FH guarantees quality: under the Professional Plan, quality issues are covered by free replacement or compensation. Under the Basic Plan, we will assist you in negotiating with the supplier.
